Hockey Birthday!

Hey there Everyone!  There is a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files, this month we have a "Crafter's Choice" theme.  Just remember, the project must include something from SVG Cutting Files. Projects should be linked on the blog or Facebook Galleria Group by March 14. As always, there is a great prize up for grabs.

I am using a new SVG Cutting File today called Chibi Hockey Player to make a fun birthday card. If you live anywhere near the upper Midwest, you know that hockey is popular so a hockey themed card seems appropriate.

For the players helmet I used some clear acetate to make the  mask and colored it with a very light blue copic marker. I then popped it up with some foam tape for dimension.

Here's a list of what I used on today's project......

Valentine Treats!

Happy Valentines Day!

Yup- I am a day early, but wanted to show you a little treat I did using a new file in the SVG Store called Chibi Girl Heart Ballooons!

I started with the Tall Trapezoid lock box and then added some pretty valentine themed pattern papers. I added a special sentiment stamped on a tag that I cut out using the JB Flag Dies 2 die.  It has a pretty scallop edge.

Once I had the little girl all pieced together,  I popped her up with some foam tape and added twine for the balloon strings.

I finished everything up by filling the boxes with chocolates of course!

You still have time to do a quick little treat for someone special tomorrow.
These files make it super quick and easy!

Here's everything I used today on my project.

Friends Stick Together- Toy Hop

So glad you decided to come & play!
Sit back and enjoy the wonderful creations the DT has made showing off some beloved toys from your childhood!

I loved dolls as a child and one of my favorites was a Rag doll. My mom even made me a 36" tall one!

I used the Kawaii rag doll file today on a lollipop treat holder. A doll can be your best friend as a child and they always stick by you.

Be my Bunny!

Hey there everyone. It's been super busy at work these days so not a lot of time for crafting. This week I'm in Vegas working. Hopefully after this week I can get back to a regular schedule of crafting.

Today is my design day over at SVG Cutting Files and I have a cute valentine treat holder to share with you today.

I am using a couple files from the store, the Scallop Matchbox and the brand new Valentine bunny!

That new bunny file is super cute!!
This file can serve double duty... here as a
Valentine treat and then later I
plan to replace the heart with an egg for an Easter treat.

The matchbox holds my Dove chocolates perfectly.

I used Peachy Keen face stamps to stamp the face and a My Creative Time stamp for the sentiment.
