Lucky Treats

Well, Valentine's Day has passed and before too much of the Easter candy is out, we need to remember St. Patrick's Day and all that green fun! 

I did a couple little treats for some friends. How nice of the candy company to come out with this new flavor of M&M's and to put them in this wonderful green wrapper. 

The leprechaun is from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons who happens to have an "anything goes"challenge going on right now that I'll be linking this little project up to.

 The leprechaun is sized to 2.5" for this topper. Gotta love that jolly little face from PKS.

Other supplies I used on this project are the Jaded Blossom Scallop Slider and Topper Die and  My Creative Time I'm a Lucky Girl stamp set.

It's a Jungle out there!

It's my day over at the Jaded Blossom Blog to share a project with you. 

I fell in love with those mini coffee cups last year. The stack of them  have been sitting in my closet waiting for the next perfect project.  Well, here it is!

Yes, it's a jungle of animal treat cups.  The files are from Lettering delights here. I did have to modify them slightly since they were designed for 8 oz cups and mine are only 4 oz. You can find the cups at a restaurant supply or here online.

I used several Jaded Blossom stamps and dies to embellish my treat cups.

Spring Treat SVG Cutting Files challenge

Hi Everyone!  There is a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files, this month we want to see your fabulous Spring Treats!  Just remember, the project just include something from SVG Cutting Files. Projects should be linked on the blog or Facebook Galleria Group by March  14. There is a new svg file in the SVG Cutting Files store called Scallop Window wrap around die. It fits perfectly around my little chocolate bunny. 

Super quick to put together too! Just add a little ribbon and a sentiment tag and you have a great treat for giving. These would be awesome at each place setting for Easter dinner.

February Release Blog Hop for my Gnomie!!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to 

Jaded Blossom's February 2015 Release Blog Hop.

I have jumped on the wagon as the new EOS lip balm projects are now all the craze.  This one is a A2 size card with an ESO lip balm as the nose of my gnome!

It's simple to do this with any object. Just cut a circle through all layers to position the lip balm. 

I placed it in a plastic bag and closed it up with a tag using the Jaded Blossom Mini Tags 2 and a sentient from the Gnomies Forever Stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks release projects as much as we have.

Jaded Blossom February Release Day 5 - Easter Treat Bag.

Hello Everyone, It's Release Day over at Jaded Blossom!  

We hope you all enjoyed our projects this week.  As you know we have one more Stamp Set and our February  Freebie.

Today I have a treat bag using a new box file in the SVG Cutting Files store called Easter Basket Gusset Egg holder.

The base has a hole in it to hold a candy Easter egg.
The topper is done using the  Jaded Blossom Dainty Topper Die. 
I embossed all parts to look like worn fence wood.

I used the Freebie this month, Easter Splatter to add some Easter words to the topper.

Jaded Blossom February Release Day 3- Sweet Tweet!

Welcome back to day three of the Jaded Blossom February Release week!

Today this blog has gone to the birds!

I used a brand new card front treat box in the SVG Cutting Files store today. 

It's the perfect foundation for my little "Tweet" treat. 

I added a square window on the inside of my box so you could see the treat I had placed inside. 

You can easily cut any shape you want with a punch or metal die. 

I used stamps from both featured stamp sets today.

Jaded Blossom February Release Day 1 - Pot O Gold!

Welcome to day one of the Jaded Blossom February Release week!

Hope you are ready for some super fun spring dies and fun stamps! We also have a new favor box. 

The first stamp set to be revealed this week is the Springtime Greeting stamp set along with the super cute Springtime Dies 2.

Spring is coming soon and everyone gets visions of bunnies and daffodils, but we have that "Green" holiday first. That means a pot-o-gold...ok, maybe a box of chocolate for today.

I filled the new gable treat box with gold rolo candies. 

On the black pot, I heat embossed a sentiment from the new stamp set. 

On one box I added a cute leprechaun and the other a rainbow since we all know the pot o gold is at the end of every rainbow. 

I also used the cloud and butterfly dies from the new Springtime Dies 2 for my rainbow treat box.

I decided to embellish one of those store box heart shaped boxes of chocolates. 

I started with a heart base just slightly larger than my candy box. 

Then I started to layer on the goodies.

I continued to add more sparkle with some crystal gems, a tule bow and some music notes. 

The sentiment on the record is from the Jaded Blossom We Go Together 2 stamp set.

This new Chibi Spring Bunny is available now in the SVG Cutting Files store.
My card is a basic A2 size card. I layered some spring doodlebug papers before adding the bunny with foam squares.

The sentiment is from My Creative time.

I just love the new lollipop die so had to use it for today's inspiration project for the challenge.

I embellished the holder with a cute tiger which is from the SVG Cutting Files store and a sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Foxy stamp set . I added a few extra hearts to be sure we all know it's a valentine!
