Food Fare - Banana Bread

Happy Monday!!

It's my day over at the Jaded Blossom Blog and I have combined it with a Food Fare project for a new banana bread recipe we've been trying in our house. I think it's a keeper.

My recipe page is 8"x8". 

I added a tag line across the top using the Jaded blossom Baked with Love stamps and  added hearts form the Birthday Dies. The spatula chef monkey is holding can be found in the Baking Dies set. 

Chef Monkey  is a mash up of  the Sock Monkey Mayem and What's Cooking svg files from SVG Cutting Files along with the Kawaii Banana file. Its banana bread after all.

I have two projects today featuring an old classic hero, Batman!

I just love this fun batman file, so cute yet has a look that says he means business. My first project is a treat bag topper using the Dainty Topper die along with the Super Hero stamp set.

The second project is a simple lollipop cover. 

I wrapped a See's lollipop with some card stock being sure to punch a hole for the stick to slide through. 

I added a tag using the Mini Tag dies 2 and a stamp from the Hello candies stamps.

SVG Cutting Files Summer Card Challenge - Beach Bound!

Hi Everyone!  There is a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files, this month we want to see your fun summer cards!  Just remember, the project just include something from SVG Cutting Files. Projects should be linked on the blog or Facebook Galleria Group by May 14. As always, there is a great prize up for grabs. 

I am using the cute flip flops form the Kawaii Summer cut file set for my simple vacation well wishes card.

I started with the basic card base and some coordinating papers. 

I cut several pairs of flip flops from the Kawaii Summer file set. I added some twine and hung my flip flops with mini clothes pins. I colored the clothes pins using my copic markers. The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom Aloha stamp set.

King of the BBQ!

Happy Monday!!

It's my day over at the Jaded Blossom Blog to share a project with using this months featured stamp set, King of the BBQ.

Ther are many BBQ's in the future for all for this summer. A great bottle of wine or 6 pack of beer is a perfect gift for the hosting grill master. 

I added a BBQ themed tag to my host gift using the JB Wine Tag die.

I went back to my cricut cartridges to find the hot dog and Apron. The cuts can be found Block Party Cricut Cartridge.

The sentiment of course is from the King of the BBQ stamp set.

Jaded Blossom April Blog Hop - Flip Flops Requires!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to

So many of the stamps and dies this week remind me of the topical islands or Hawaii, that I had to do a project with a hula girl. I used the Dainty Topper Die to make what looks like a grass hut roof. On the islands you need the sand and the water, so I added a little beach for the hula girl to stand on usingthe new Tropical Dies

Jaded Blossom April Release- Day 5- Make a Splash!!

Hello Everyone, It's Release Day over at Jaded Blossom!  

We hope you all enjoyed our projects this week.  As you know we have one more stamp set and our April Freebie.

For today's project I did a treat box using the JB goodie bag die and embellished it with some of this weeks release products including today's Tropical Designer tapes. 

 I used another banner from the Dimensional Banners Dies and stamped the sentiment on it from the Happy Summer stamp set. 

I used the Tropical dies so my cute little gal has some great waves to float in.

Oh that cute gal is Jenna and is in the SVG Cutting Files store here!

I filled the goodie bag with chocolates wrapped in strips of paper stamped with the fun swimsuit design from the Tropical Designer Tapes.

Jaded Blossom April Release - Day 4 - Happy Father's Day

It's Thursday and day four of the April Jaded Blossom release week. What a great week and so many fantastic ideas using these new stamps and dies. But wait, we're not done yet!

Today we have two more stamp sets to show you just in time for all the summer events happening.

I did a Father's Day card. This card has a pocket on the front to hold a gift card. You can find the card template in the silhouette store.

I used the JB card mat dies to make a "patch" for my sentiment that I  stamped from the
Worlds Greatest Parents stamp set.

Jaded Blossom April Release Day 3 - Thinking of you!

It's Wednesday already and day three of the Jaded Blossom April Release week and we have more stamps to show you.

Today I did a card since you can never had too many in your stash. 

I am using the Hibiscus stamp set. I used it not only for the main flower focus but also created my own pattern paper with it. 

I just stamped several flower images in different color inks randomly on white card stock. The sentiment is from the JB Seeds of Friendship stamp set and stamped on a banner using the Tropical Dies.

Jaded Blossom April Release Day 1- Mahalo!

Welcome to day one of the Jaded Blossom April Release week!

The design team has out done themselves with projects with his release. All are must haves for your collection. 

To start the week we  have the Tropical Dies and coordinating stamps, Aloha.

After this winter, who isn't thinking of the beach. 

I did a little thank you lollipop treat using the new stamps and dies along with the Lollipop die. 

I made a mat using the card mat dies as well. It fits perfectly on the front of the Lollipop die.

I added this fun Hoot Hoot Hooray birthday sentiment to my little birthday box. It was stamped on a tag using the JB Candy Wrap Dies. 

Even the little owl is ready for a biuthday party with is hat and balloons from the JB Birthday dies set.

and the Easter treats keep coming..

I'm back with a second post to share a couple last Easter treats. Wow, 2 posts in one day!!!

This little bunny basket is from My Scrap Chick. This little box or basket goes together in minutes. 

These would be great treats at the dinner table on Easter.  My little box is going to go to the neighbor boy.

Now I have yet another treat.

I came across these malted egg candies in a box that measures approx 3.5x2.5. Of course I had to get them and make something with them. Well, the result is an Easter box wrapper. I have a couple bunny versions here...

I cut some eggs on my silhouette, a simple oval shape. The bunny and the sentiment on the left is from MCT To My Best Peep stamp set. The sentiment on the right is from Jaded Blossoms Eggcellent Stamp set and the butterflies are from the JB Spring dies 2

And we can't forget about the chicks on Easter, so here is one of those as well. A cool chick at that!

The cute chick is from PPPR Cute Chicks. The sentiment is from the same MCT set mentioned above and the tag it is stamped on is from the JB Mini Tag dies. I used the JB Spring Dies for all the grass.
