Die Cuttin' Diva's Monthly Sketch Challenge.

Welcome back to another Die Cuttin' Diva's challenge. This week we have our monthly sketch challenge. Be sure to stop by the DCD blog to get the sketch and see the other DT inspiration projects. For my project I used a digital image from our sponsor, Crafty Sentiments, called Sitting Amy. She is so darn cute.
I used the print and cut with my Cameo to make her a perfectly colored and trimmed die cut. Once I got my background papers trimmed, I added the scalloped oval to make a little window seat for her. I propped Amy up on pop dots for dimension. My sentiment is from the BugBites Autumn Splendor stamp set.

Be sure to stop by the Die Cuttin' Diva's blog this week to see the wonderful DT inspiration projects. I cant wait to see what you link up.

Candy. Good!

Well, it's the weekend already. I mentioned the other day I am in NYC for the marathon working. I have been making treats for my colleagues working with me. Yesterday I gave them each a fun little treat tube.
I used a tag from the Silhouette store, added this "Nerdy" candy corn character that you can find in the SVG Cutting Files store. I popped him up on foam tape. I then added a fun sentiment from Jaded Blossom as well as a tube topper using the Candy Charms and Banners die and the candy corn stamp.

I am now off to run the 5K this morning or perhaps I should say run, walk, run, walk, etc....LOL!

Have a crafty day!

Grateful Greetings!

Hey guys..It's my day to share a new SVG Cutting file just released today, the Pilgrim Stitch Up die cut. It's the latest addition to the NEW Stitch Up files. I used the hat for a Thanksgiving card.
I used simple embroidery floss to stitch my hat. I added it to a simple star-burst style card, added some black lace and a sentiment from the BugBites Autumn Splendor stamp set. Be sure to check out all the new files over at SVG Cutting Files today.

Have a crafty day!

Keep calm and spook on!

Yup, keep calm and spook on! What a perfect sentiment for today and for my spooky treats.
Happy Halloween!!!

I am in NYC this week working the NYC Marathon this week. I thought it would be fun to do treats for my colleagues working with me. I really appreciate all their help and the long hours they will work this week.
I created the tags in the Silhouette Design studio. I welded the tag shape to a shadow of the little witch, from SVG Cutting Files.
I printed /cut the tags and the witch on the Cameo and then added the witch to the tag with foam tape. The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom Too Cute to Spook stamp set.I added chocolates wrapped with pattern papers and tied it up with some black tulle.

Have a crafty and spooky night!!
