I have two fun projects for the hop today.
First up is this super cute munchkin which can be found in the  SVG Cutting Files set
called Oz Best Friends

I added a PKS face before attaching him to the base which was made using the Scallop Slider and Topper Die. I stamp the sentiment form the Special Yellow Brick road stamp set onto a tag made with the Flag Die 2.

Next I did a treat bag using the new Flying Monkey from the SVG Cutting Files set called Sock Monkey Set.

A simple bag topper using one of my all time favorite dies, the Fancy Topper Die.

I added a banner withe a sentiment, also from the Yellow Brick Road stamp set.  The banner die is from the Candy Charms and Banner Die set.

A Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I am spending the holiday weekend with family in northern MN. However, it feels more like mid- January vs Thanksgiving. The temps are well below zero today!

Here is a last minute  fall card I did in a matter of minutes using this wonderful piece of Digi My World Clipart called It's Fall.

Just print, cut and add a sentiment. Doesn't get any faster than that. 

The sentiment is from my very own BugBites Autumn Splendor stamp set. 

Again, many wishes for a warm and safe holiday weekend!!!

Give Thanks!

Hi Everyone!  Thanksgiving is right around the corner...do you have your Thanksgiving cards and projects done yet?  This week SVG cutting Files has the perfect new file to help you out. 

The new file, Give Thanks, made the cutest little shaped thanksgiving card to celebrate this wonderful fall holiday.

I added a a couple shadow pieces and welded a rectangle to the bottom to make my card base. Then just needed to add my paper pieced pilgrims.

I have been gone traveling the last couple weeks so finally getting back into the craft room for a few days before I hit the  road again. 

I have a quick little treat card today. It's fun to leave these behind after a visit to someones office or home. 

I started with the base card using the Jaded Blossom scallop slider and Topper die.

Once I had the treats in the bag and slid through the card, I embellished with some washi tape and this cute alligator which coordinated nicely with my sentiment.

I filled it with a dip mix, some measuring spoons, and other tools.

Jaded Blossom November Release Day 4 - Recipes!

It's Thursday and day four of the November Jaded Blossom release week and another peak at two stamp sets.

I love food, cooking and therefore, recipes! What better than a fun little recipe box filled with recipe cards waiting to be filled with delicious recipes. 

You will find this adorable recipe box and cards in the SVG Cutting Files store here.

The recipe label was created in the Silhouette Design software. Once I settled on the font, I did a simple offset for the red background before cutting. 

Now inside the box, I have the index card that I stamped sections of recipes using the new Dessert Galore stamps released today. 

I designed my own recipe cards using the Silhouette again. A basic box with lines. 

I added the From my kitchen using today's stamps and added the fun images in the corner before coloring them. 

I think this would be a fun holiday gift filled with favorite holiday recipes.

Welcome back to day three of the Jaded Blossom November Release week!

Jaded Blossom November Release Day 2 - Whisking a Happy Bday!

Welcome to day two of the Jaded Blossom November Release week!

We are baking up a ton of great projects to share with you this week. 
Today, I have a fun Birthday treat for the baker in your life. 

I purchased a $5 whisk and filled it with some candies. I then inserted it into a Jaded Blossom gusset bag and tied it to the handle. 

Of course, this little package needed a tag. 

I pulled out my JB Treat Tag die and then used the new Baker Dies to embellish. 

The sentiment is from toady's reveal stamp set, Baked with Love. I simply added my tag with a pretty ribbon.

Jaded Blossom November Release week Day 1- Mini Album

Welcome to day one of the Jaded Blossom November Release week!

I'm so excited for this weeks release. I feel it was designed especially for me.

Today we are revealing a new set of dies and coordinating stamps, Film Dies and Capturing the Memories stamps.

I put both to good use to make a mini album.

The base of the album is made from interlocking envelopes. Yes, you read it right. 

If you are like me, you have alot of tools in your stash. Some get used more than others and in my case, not used yet- eeek!

Well, I finally used my envelope punch board for this project and made my own envelopes for this mini album. Just follow the guide on the board if you have one for the size envelope and away you go.

I added a piece of card stock to cover the spine.

I embellished my album with some pattern paper along with todays revealed stamps and dies. In addition to that, I used the Jaded Blossom Star dies, Jaded Blossom Curly Label die, and Kawaii faces from PKS.

Cookie Time

Cookies always make a sweet treat to give anyone, even if it is just a couple chocolate chip cookies.

It's my design day over at Digi My World and I used another what I call  "hidden gem" digital file. 

Hidden deep within the Alphabet files, you will find a treasure full of cute images like my little chef girl I used on this treat tag I found among the Letter C digi set here.

I added her with some foam tape to my tag that was stamped with a word collage stamp from Jaded Blossom.  Even plain chocolate chip cookies can look like a store bought treat with just a little paper and a cute digital image from DMW!

Today I have a quick and easy treat for your Thanksgiving dinner guests. 
I filled a treat tube with chocolates that I wrapped in stamped candy wrappers using the Fall Candy Wrap stamps. Tied it all up with a cute tag and a digital image I found lurking in my files.
