Jaded Blossom Release Day 4- Party Pig!

Welcome to day four of the Jaded Blossoms March release week.

To keep with the Birthday theme from yesterday, Today's sneak peek is about the Birthday Candy Wraps.

I decide to make a little birthday party favor using these wraps and show you another way to use the Ticket Die we showed you on Monday.

I started with all the pieces of the Ticket Die. Folded down the small portion to the front. I then added mat portions.

I decorated topper with this adorable little piggy from theSVG Cutting Files. I removed the existing face so I could stamp my own PKS piggy face.

For the treats, I used the Candy Wrap Dies and stamped the confettiBirthday Candy Wrap stamp in teal.
I stamped, punched, colored and added piggy faces to the centers before wrapping them around chocolate nuggets.

Other Jaded Blossom supplies I used to complete my treat bag are: Jaded Blossom Udderly Adorable stamp set, Farm Candies Stamp setand 3x4 clear bags.

Here is a look at the complete stamp set being featured by the Design Team today.

Be sure to stop by the Jaded Blossom to see what the other great projects the Design Team has to share with you.

I will be back tomorrow with one last peek!

Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge: Any Animal

Hello Everyone-- I am so excited to announce that I have been asked to be apart of the Jaded Blossom Design Team--WooHoo!!!
This is such a talented group of ladies and I love the Jaded Blossom stamps and dies. So I am very excited to be apart for this great team.

If you're new to Jaded Blossom, be sure to jump over to their blog now and become a blog follower so you don't miss out on all the super fun stuff.
Also, visit the Garden of Creativity in Facebook and "Like" the JB Facebook Page.

The first order of business for me as a new DT member is to help kick off the March Monthly Challenge- Any Animal.

For my project, I did a little treat box. I had pinned this treat box tutorial a couple years ago from the blog Happy Life, Crafty Wife and just never got around to making one of my own. But when this challenge came up, it was the perfect opportunity to give it a try.
I used this little cow from the SVG Cutting Files Kawaii Farm Animals set.
Once I had this poor moo-friend assembled, it was time to separate the head from the body for the next step.
I attached the head to the box flap and attached the body to the box bottom being careful to line it up with the head. I used Jaded Blossom Udderly Adorable and Farm candies stamps to coordinate with my little cow box.

I hope you will join us and link up your "animal" project on the Jaded Blossom Blog. Please be sure you check out the challenge rules before linking. While you're there, check out what the rest of the design team came up with, they're amazing.
I look forward to seeing what you can do.

Have a crafty day!!

You're Moo-velous!

Hello Everyone.
Boy,  it's been a busy week for me and that's kept me away from crafting and my blog.
As many of you know,  I am a meeting planner and this is the busiest time of the year for me. That means less time to craft unfortunately. I just need to make it through a couple more weeks then I can get back to crafting on a regular basis again.

Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons has a new challenge today and the theme is Love.
With this theme for inspiration I created a Valentines treat box.

I came across this cute gable box in the Silhouette store a few weeks ago. Once the box was put together, I added this adorable Valentine's Cow from PPPR found here.
I used the print and cut feature on the Silhouette. I printed and cut the cow in three parts. First the entire image, then just the head followed by the nose/horns. I attached the smaller layers with foam tape so he has a 3D look.

I used the Farm Candies Udderly Adorable stamp sets and Mini Tag Dies all from Jaded Blossom for the images on the candies and the sentiment for the box. I sealed it up with some black tulle. It measures a little over 5" tall when all finished. I love how it turned out.

Have a crafty day!
