2) Project must have a Jaded Blossom stamp somewhere on it.
3) Only one entry per person
4) Link it up by 8/30

Many of you have seen or even made these simple fun, but over-sized sweet pencils. They are made form Rolo candies and a chocolate kiss at the end.
It all starts with Rolos and a piece of yellow card stock. You can find many tutorials for this project online. Takes just a few minutes to put together.

I added a tag with sentiment to my pencil using the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies 2 and School Rocks stamp set

I hope you will join us and link up your JB stamp inspired project on the Jaded Blossom Blog. Please be sure you check out the challenge guidelines before linking.

This month's prize for a randomly selected winner is:
While you're there, check out what the rest of the design team created. They are so extremely talented.

SVG Cutting Files Challenge- Back to School!

Hi Everyone!  There is a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files, this month we want to see all those great Back to School proejcts. It can be for a student or a teacher. Just remember, the project must include something from SVG Cutting Files.
Projects should be linked on the blog or Facebook Galleria Group by August 14. As always, there is a great prize up for grabs.

I found this super cute pencil treat holder at the local craft store. For the tag, I simple cut a piece of pattern paper that looks like notebook paper and then added my little owl. His hat is from the Kawaii Nerdy School file set.
The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom School Rocks stamap set.

I hope you'll join us for this fun school treat challenge.

Jaded Blossom July Mini Release-camping treats

Hello! Jaded Blossom is having a special die release for July!
We are calling it the Candy Caddy Die Release

The Candy Caddy will be available for sale starting July 1st, 12:00 am (limited quantities available). Our design team member Trixie came up with this idea!

I used the caddy portion of the die and folded it up to make a handled treat bag topper.

This actually folds up so its got two spots for two treat bags.
I used the JB A2 card sleeves for the treat bags since they are the perfect width for the caddy. The rabbit in his sleeping bag is from the Cricut Campin Critters cartridge as is the sign that I stamped with words from the School Rocks stamp set.

I finished off the topper with a strip of green paper that I cut using my Martha Stewart scissor that makes multiple cuts at one time.

I think any child would love to see this in their backpack at summer camp.

Thanks so much for checking out my project today!
Make sure to head over to Jaded Blossom to see what the rest of the team created.

Jaded Blossom also has a ton of fun stuff happening in July!

Jaded Blossom June release Day 4 - Survival Kit

Wow- the week is flying by and we are on day four of the June Jaded Blossom release week and another peak!

School is out and it is always good to thank those that help educate and watch over the kids all year round. So today's stamp set, School Rocks is perfect for this.

But for me, I decided to turn it around and think ahead to next year already with my special Back to School Survival kit.

The slider box can be found in the SVG Cutting Files store here.
I made the box and then got to work making it fun and pretty for that teenage girl that might keep this in her locker for the "just in case" moments.

I used several dies to embellish the box, yes it's a die overload day!

The box is filled with all the necessities for an urgent situation: mints, pencils, hand cleaner, nail file, chap-stick, hair tie and chocolate!

This box is so cute with the little flap that comes over the top where I placed a small piece of velcro to keep it together.

Here is a look at the complete stamp set being featured by the Design Team today.

I will be back tomorrow with one last peek before the big release!
