Anything goes challenge at Die Cuttin' Diva's

It's time for another Die Cuttin' Diva challenge. This week it's anything goes!

I found some super cute pet paper at the local craft which was perfect for this adorable puppy svg file from SVG Cutting Files.
I found the sentiment online and simply typed and printed it to fit my card. If your are a dog owner, you know how true this sentiment is.

Be sure to stop by and see all the inspiration from the Die Cuttin' Diva's DT.

You will find this card posted over at the SVG Cutting Files blog as well for their Fur Babies Challenge.

Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Design Team Day.

Yeah it's a Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team day.

During the spring when the weather starts to get warm, it also seems to bring a few last cold bugs. So, this week  I out together a little get well package that hopefully will make someone feel a little better.
I filled it with some hand sanitizer, vitamin C tablets, a lip balm, tissue pack, and of course some chocolate. I used the very cute Get Well cut file set found here.

The sentiments are from a the Jadeded Blossom Friendly Candies stamp set.

Please be sure to by the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog today to see all the fabulous creations  my ever so creative Design Team friends have come up with for you.

Die Cuttin' Diva's Flower Challenge

It's another Tuesday Die Cuttin' Diva's challenge. Today I am hoping my project gives Mother Nature some inspiration. Yes, more snow for us in MN...Again!

Dear Mother Nature...my project for you is a card with flowers....this means bring on the SPRING please!

Well, the design team over at Die Cuttin' Diva's has come up with some great projects to kick off this weeks challenge, flowers. That's right, any project with flowers. Don't forget, you need to use a die cut.
For my card, I used a cute die cut from SVG Cutting files, Sunflower Cindy. I added a picket fence, from PPPR, that becomes a holder for my flower seed packet. I then added a little sentiment in the flower center from Jaded Blossom

Ok, now it's your turn to get your flower power on and link up. Maybe if we all create some awesome flower projects, MN will finally see some spring weather.

Food Fare Friday

Oh my...tons of snow fell in MN yesterday and last night. It is a true winter wonderland here. But it's suppose to be SPRING!!!

Well, it's Friday and I have my next recipe page to show you.
This recipe is from my mom. I remember making these when I was very young and helping to knead the dough. They are soooo yummy.

The cute little chef die cut is from SVG Cutting files. The cute recipe box and other items were already printed on  my paper so I didn't have to add anything else.

I also want to let you know about a super sale on svg files going on over at PPPR. This is a sale you cannot pass up.

Check out this freebie for just stopping by--just brilliant!!!

Die Cuttin' Diva's Astronomy Day Challenge

Hey Everyone. Wow, this past week was quite busy for me. I had a long weekend trip with my hubby and son to Pittsburgh for the NCAA Frozen Four to cheer on our local hockey team. Though we were hoping for a better outcome, we had a great time.

Today is the start of another great Die Cuttin' Diva's challenge. This week we are celebrating Astronomy Day. That means we want to see some awesome projects with a star on it.
For my project I used the Creative Memories Reminisce cartridge and one of my top 3 cartridges of all time, Teddy Bear Parade. I added some star brads and popped up my little bear on an action wobble.

I look forward to seeing your star-studded creations over at Die Cuttin' Diva's!

Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team Day- Yeah!

It's time for another Design Team day over at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.

If you are an avid follower, you know I am continuing to work on scrapping my favorite family recipes. I love to cook and browsing recipes that have been scrapped is so much more fun than thumbing through a recipe box of cards.

So here is my latest recipe page to share with you.

These seasoned pretzels are addicting. I received recipes from a cousin as well as a very close friend, each is very good and slightly different from the other. I decided to put both versions on this page.

Can't have pretzels without a mustard dip. I added that recipe to this page as well. THis way I can find both on one page. Oh my...is this dip good!

This page turned out so cute with my little Becky home-ecy from the Thanksgiving Feast file set. PPPR files are so versatile and can be used just about anytime, just gotta use your imagination. My Design Team pals have lots of that, so be sure to hop over there to checkout what they have done as well as see the latest ADORABLE spring files that Lisa's has just released.

Have a super week.

Die Cuttin' Divas - Pastel challenge

Hello Blogger Friends. It's Tuesday and that means another Die Cuttin' Divas challenge.
This week the challenge is to use pastels on your project. Wow-- perfect for spring cards, baby card, birthday..you name it you can  use pastels!
I have been playing more with the treat box die I got over at My Creative Time. I also had gotten a cute svg file set a while back that was all spa related files from Kadoodle Bug Designs. What a perfect pair, a treat box of  chocolate and the spa!

I think this will make a cute gift to cheer someone up when given with a massage gift card.

I hope you get your creative pastel hat on and link up a project. I am excited to see what you all create.

Die Cuttin' Divas Sketch Challenge

Wow, it's already April. The first quarter of the year is already gone.
This last week just flew by as well. But now it's Tuesday and time for another Die Cuttin' Divas challenge.
I think Spring might finally be around the corner. The days are getting longer, warmer and the  snow is finally melting!!

Surfing the web one night, I came across this cute Hello Kitty cut file with a Blue Jay. Perfect for a spring card. I turned the inspiration sketch 90 degrees for my lil' "Tweet" card this week.

I hope you'll stop by the Die Cuttin' Divas blog this week and see what my DT sisters have to share with you and hopefully be inspired by the sketch to link up a project as well.  I would love to see your version of the sketch.
