Last post of the year.

Happy New Year.

Just one last post for this year to share the Christmas card I did this year. I only did a few of these since they do require quite a few steps but I love how they turned out.

I found the inspiration here one day while browsing Pinterest. Thank you Wanda for your design and great tutorial on how you did it so I could share your design with my friends and family. This card had me trying new techniques and some new products I had not used before.

I didn't have all the cool embellishments that Wanda has on her card so I used what I had in my stash like using a bell brad around the neck of the deer and using other supplies in my stash like stamps from Jaded Blossom and My Creative Time.

Here is wishing you all a Healthy and Joyous 2017!

Sending Warm Thoughts your Way!

Happy Friday!
I fun card to share today.
In the SVG Cutting Files store today are some new card bases. I am sure you have heard of the bendy cards. They make for great scenic 3D cards.
My card today features the Bracket Bendy Card Base.

I added some pattern paper to the back panel and embossed the two side panels.
I added this cute little sledder and trees to complete my scene.

Christmas Treats..a bit late!

Hey there. Hope everyone is having a great week. I know many people are on vacation this week taking some time off between the holidays.

I've been cleaning and re-organizing my craft space.
Where did all this stuff come from!

I thought I would share a few projects I did last week getting ready for the holiday weekend. It was just so busy, I didn't have time to get them on the blog. So perhaps these will be inspiration for your file next year.

First up some snowman treat boxes I filled with home made fudge.

The file is from My Scrapchick and goes together super quick. I add a tag using a die and stamps from Jaded Blossom. It's hard to see it in this picture.

Next a special treat for the neighbor boy...Reindeer Poop.
I used the Jaded Blossom Scallop Topper Die  on the top of some chocolate covered sunflower seeds. I added the cute reindeer from SVG Cutting Files and then a sentiment from the JB Reindeer Poop stamp set that I stamped on a tag using

Finally some Reindeer Noses for some little cousins on Christmas.
Again, I used the Jaded Blossom Scallop Topper Die and did a quick print and cute of the Miss Kates Cuttables Reindeer.

While I had the JB Reindeer Poop stamp set out, I again stamped tags using the  JB Candy Warp Dies for my title on these treat bags.

There you have it, my Christmas treats for 2016.

Holiday Treats!

Happy Holiday!!
I am delighted to be a guest designer this week here at Jaded Blossom.
Today I am sharing with you a little last minute treat box I did.
I love giving cookies as little gifts to neighbors and friends so this was a perfect box for that.

I found the box on the silhouette store here.
I used several JB dies and stamps to decorate the box.

I did a double bow using the bow die and punched a tiny hole in the center to secure all the piece with a white brad.

Here's a list of all the goodies I used today.

Warmest Winter wishes!

It's almost Christmas and the cold weather is here. Yes, old man winter has arrived.

I have a holiday card to share today that I did using one of a card sketch layout from the SVG Cut Club October bundle, sketch 36.
The nice square space in the sketch allows you to place whatever themed image there you wish. I used a snow girl from the Snow Girl duo file.
The sentiment is from My Creative Time.

Fetching Christmas Wishes!

Happy Friday!

It's my day to share a new project over at SVG Cutting Files.  It is officially the Christmas season and time to get started on that gift list. For those gift cards, I have a holder to share with you today.

I did this for that dog lover in your family. It's done using the newly released
Puppy Present file in the store today.

I started by using the Jaded Blossom Gift Card holder die for the base.
Then I added some festive papers before adding the Puppy Die cut.
The sentiment is a mash up of two stamps sets.

Here is a list of additional items I used on my project today.

Jaded Blossom Candy Wrap dies
Jaded Blossom Christmas Kindness
Jaded Blossom Dog-gone Awesome
