Class of 2016

Happy Friday.
Wow, it is going to be a HOT weekend.
Hope you all have plans to stay cool.

I'm sharing a quick graduation card I did using the a card design and inspiration from a friendly blogger, Candace over at Jaded Blossom.
You can see her version here and my previous 4th of July card here

So, here is my graduation card today using this same card layout. I love this design.

The tag and sentiment are done using the JB Flag Die and Stamp set called The Graduate

The graduate itself is printed and cut using the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons file, The Graduates

I attached the graduate to the card with a wobble.

Hope you have a crafty and cool day!

Ready for Some Football!

Hello there. Hope you are all enjoying a great weekend.

I am sharing with you today,  a football treat. I have a good friend that is part of the professional women's football team, the MN Vixon.

This team is headed to the Championship game next weekend. The Super Bowl game for the Women's League.

This inspired me to make this little treat holder.
Once the box was put together I filled it with mini Hershey chocolate bars.

Jaded Blossom has a July challenge going on that I am linking this up to as well.

I used the following goodies to put this together...

Peachy Keen Wide Eyed Kids face stamps

Go Vixon!!!

Count Your Rainbows!

Hello! I have a card to share that I did for my DT day over at SVG Cutting Files a couple days ago.
It is inspired by all the rain we have been getting here in Minnesota this week.

My card today features the Let it Rain File set.

I did a simple background watercolor using a stamp pad and then spritzing it with water. I then held the paper at an angle so the watery ink would drip down like it is raining. Seemed like a good backdrop for my gal with her umbrella.

I also used the following to finish the card...

Happy Fourth of July!

Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe 4th of July.

Here are the last few cards I did this year.
I used a digital stamp I had in my collection. Sorry- cannot remember where I got it right now.
I colored it on the silhouette and then did a print and cut.

I used the dame digit image for the cards below. I used a card design from JB designer, Candace. You can see her card here that I used for inspiration. I love this design she did.
I used the JB tags dies 2, card mat dies and celebrate america stamp set once again.

Patriotic Kisses

Happy 4th of July! I have a few treats that I did for some friends and neighbors this weekend.

The first one is using the 4th of July theme wrapped chocolate kisses.
I did a simple treat topper using the JB Scallop Slider and Topper Die.
I added a poem from the JB Celebrate America stamp set and finished it off with 4th of July svg  from Miss Kate's Cuttables.

The next treat is a krispie treat pop. I put store bought krispie treats on paper straws. Then dipped them in white chocolate so I could add colored candies and sprinkles.
Once the chocolate hardened, I wrapped them in treat bags tied with a bow and tag.
The tag is made using the Pretty Papper, Pretty Ribbon Layered Tags 2 and Fantastic Fireworks svg files and sentiment from the JB Celebrate America stamp set.

Hope you enjoy the lovely weekend.

Have a crafty day!!

Let Freedom Ring!

The holiday weekend has officially begun.

One of the very first files I ever used from SVG Cutting files is this Chibi Uncle Sam
It's still a favorite today and I seem to use it every 4th of July for cards and treats.

This year I did a shape card.

I used a sentiment from the JB celebrate america stamp set and stamped it on a banner using the JB Dimensional Banner Dies
The papers are all from Doodlebug.

More 4th of July cards!

As I mentioned yesterday, I've been making holiday cards using the SVG Cutting Files Chibi Statue of Liberty. . Here are two more cards I did.

I used the JB flag die for the flags stripes. They are currently on sale now over at Jaded Blossoms store!

This one was just cutting rectangles of paper from scraps I had left over.
THe sentiment and star dies are from My Creative Time.

Have a crafty day!
