Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge- Easter!

Today kicks off a new Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge and the theme is Easter!

Of course I made an Easter treat holder filled with my favorite candy, peanut butter M&M's!

I created my template in the Silhouette Design software, but you can do this quick and easy with your paper trimmer and a punch or two. 

Start with a piece of card stock that is 3.75" by 11". Score at 4.25", 5.25" and 9.75" on the long side.

Fold on the score lines to make your little holder. 

On the 3.75" x 4.25" side, punch an oval, square, circle, whatever you wish.  Next I cut a 3.75 x 1" white strip and then used a scallop punch on the long side for a decorative border before attaching it to the Flap at the top.

With my little treat bag between the folded layers of card stock, I punched two holes to thread a piece of ribbon and tied it in a bow. 

I decorated the front using a die cut bunny from the Silhouette store. 

The final touch was a sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Easter Treats 2 stamp set which was stamped on a tag using a die from the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies set.
