My project today is a favorite activity in the summer, well sometimes in the winter as well here in MN. It's fishing!!

I have a birthday card using the Jaded Blossom featured monthly stamp set, Fish On. 

 I attached the fisherman in his boat to the card with a wobble so he could rock back and forth on the wavy waters. 

I added one more layer of waves with some foam tape that was pretty thick. I need it to have enough distance from the card base itself so the boat would still wobble.
