Happy Monday!! 

It's my design day over at Jaded Blossom. 

I put together a little treat box today using my favorite candies..snack size snicker bars. Three of them fit perfectly in this clear treat box. 

I used a border die from the Tropical Dies to make a few layers of grass for my forest friend to stand on which also gave me a place to stamp my sentiment.

Third Annual Hello Kitty Hop!

Eeek!  Its our the THIRD Annual Hello Kitty Blog Hop!

Hello Kitty means so much to so many, we hope you enjoy our third go at celebrating her!

 This hop is ONLY for 24 hours and will end  PROMPTLY at 11:59 PST TONIGHT!

For my project, I used the Hello Kitty nurse image. 

The treat box she is attach to was made using the Buckle Purse file from the Silhouette store. I simply created a front layer, embossed it for texture and then put clear embossing powder over it to give it that faux leather look and shine. 

The bag is filled with chocolates that have images from the

Jaded Blossom Friendly Candies stamp set. I attached one of the sentiments to a tag done using a die from the Jaded Blossom Candy Charms and Banner Dies using some black twine.

Today is my design day over at SVG Cutting Files.

My project today is a thank you card with a bit of a french twist. I am using one of the new Kawaii animals in the sotre now. This one is the Kawaii Poodle. 

I used several pattern papers to coordinate. 

THe card was super simple when using the Simple card layout. The whole card is already designed for you. All you have to do is pick papers and cut. 

The sentiment is from a Stamp Annie Thing set called Oh La La

Hi Everyone!  There is a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files, this month we have a "Thinking of You" theme.  Just remember, the project just include something from SVG Cutting Files. Projects should be linked on the blog or Facebook Galleria Group by September 14. As always, there is a great prize up for grabs. 

I made this card for a friend, yes-she has red hair, to remind her that she is amazing at what she does.

I used the Tween Crafty file from SVG Cutting Files. I trimmed off the scissor and glue in her hands and added a stamped purse. She looks so professional. 

The papers I used on this project are digital papers from PPPR. Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom stamp set called Encouragement.

Hope you all had a great weekend enjoying some summer activities like the beach! It's my design day over at Jaded Blossom. I was recently in Newport, Rhode Island. Wow, what a great port city and I have to say some of the best seafood around. 

Of course, I found some "fishy" sweets at the candy shop. These gummi  candy pops are so fun I just had a to make a little gift tag for it. 

 I used the print and cut feature on my cameo to make all the separate under water creatures. Then all I needed to do is glue them down. I added a few with some pop dots as well.

  Hope you've been enjoying all the great projects the design team has been sharing with you. I was so excited when I saw the new Label dies released this month. I love using different shapes for quick treat bag toppers.  The new dies are just the right size to fit the 2.25 x 8 Inch Clear Bags. 
For my treat topper I folded a piece of paper in half and used one of the birder dies in the set for a shaped edge. I used the single tab die for my tag. Love these new dies.

Jaded Blossom August Release Day Five- The world!

Today I have a card using The World stamp set. 

The base of my card is from SVG Cutting Files called the Ornate Card Base. I create a few additional layers with the cameo before adding all the embellishments. The sentiment was stamped and then cut apart before gluing it down.

Today, I  created a a little treat holder for a pack of gum.

This little girl, Bubble Gum Kids from SVG Cutting Files, is just so stinkin' cute.

Jaded Blossom August Release Day Two- Together Forever!

Welcome to day two of the Jaded Blossom August Release week!

It's wedding season and my project today uses stamps from today's release stamp set along with many other Jaded Blossom Stamp sets. 

I was inspired to created this card from a similar project that Kate over at Small Bits of Paper did here. It's such a fantastic idea, I had to use it for today's project. Not to mention I have a few wedding cards I need to get done for events this summer. 

My version is a 5x7 card is using the SVG Cutting Files Simple Label Card base with many colored mats along with the super cute bride and groom called Chibi Wedding Backside from SVG Cutting Files. I used vellum  for the veil part and added some tiny pearls on the dress ans veil. I attached the bride and groom with pop dots for dimension.

Jaded Blossom August Release Day One- Road Trip!

Jaded Blossom School Challenge

It's time for the Jaded Blossom's August Challenge!

This months challenge theme is Back to School - any school themed project! 

If you're new to Jaded Blossom, be sure to jump over to their blog now and become a blog follower so you don't miss out on all the super fun stuff.

Many of you have seen or even made these simple fun, but over-sized sweet pencils. They are made form Rolo candies and a chocolate kiss at the end. 

It all starts with Rolos and a piece of yellow card stock. You can find many tutorials for this project online. Takes just a few minutes to put together. 

I added a tag with sentiment to my pencil using the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies 2 and School Rocks stamp set
