Frosted Designs Friday Challenge - Ledger Paper/Notebook

This week is my last week posting as part of the Frosted Designs Design Team.

I have had an amazing time with this Design Team.  They are so wonderful and extremely creative. I will continue to follow and participate in the weekly challenges.

This week the challenge was to use notebook or ledger paper. Somewhat of a link to back to school. I do not have any youngsters in school anymore so I decided to use the ledger paper on a tag. The tag including the printing of the paper it is cut from is all from the Imagine More cartridge.
The more I play with the Imagine,. the more I like it.

Please join us with a project of your own at Frosted Designs.

How I did it...
Basic A2 card size
Paper is from my stash
Tag printed and cut at 4" from Imagine More cartridge.
Flower/layers cut at 2.5" from the Mothers Day cart
Sizzix Powdered Sugar embossing folder for red paper
Twine from the Twinery
Button from  my stash.

Another Birthday Card

Yup- another Birthday card today. working on building up my stash of those cards.
This one happens to be an easel card and I used my Imagine for this one to print the striped paper and the telephone cut. It is amazing what this Imagine can do.

So here is the card.

I printed the striped paper first and then I cut it to the size I wanted.
The card when folded up is 5" square.
The phone is printed and then cut at 4"
I used only half of the printed sentiment and then added my own special birthday sentiment in the corner

I
When it is standing open, it displays the big Happy Birthday. It's hard to see in this photo but I used pink twine to wrap around the Birthday sentiment between the loops of the border.
Lots of bling using my ircok around the phone and by the sentiment.

I am going to link this project up to the following challenges....

Here's how I did it....
Easel card measures 5" square when complete
Phone/layers printed and cut at 4" from Imagine More Cards Cart
Martha Stewart border punch
My Creative Time Stamps for sentiments

Cricut 360 Challenge #8 Back to School

The challenge this week at Cricut 360 is Back to School.

I love crayons  mainly because I love color. I always wanted the big box of 64 crayons when I was little. The biggest box I ever got was the 32 size. Now 64 doesn't seem so big, but then it was huge!

I found this cute box of crayons on the Simply Charmed cartridge. I hid the word crayon that was suppose to be in the oval. I then cut a second oval layer a bit smaller and stamped my own message.

The notebook paper is printed from the Imagine More cart and then I used a simple hole punch to make it look like notebook paper.

Please join us over at Cricut 360 for a Back to School Party and link up your project.

Here's how I did it...
Basic A2 card base
Notebook paper printed on Imagine from Imagine More cart and then cut down to the size I wanted
Box of crayons/layers cut at 4" from simply Charmed
Sentiment from My Creative Time My Favorite Sayings stamp set
Twine from the Twinery

Frosted Designs Friday Challenge - Circles

Oh My Goodness- I had this post ready to go and forgot to click the post button this morning.
I am in beautiful San Juan this weekend on business. A bit warm and  humid, but so pretty.

This week over at Frosted Designs the challenge is to create a project with circles.

I found a really pretty rose image in the Imagine More Cards cartridge. I printed the layers and then added them to a  round base card from Wild Card with a little bakers twine and lots of pop dots.

The Sentiment is from My Pink Stamper on a tag with a couple brads.
I am really enjoying the Imagine, but need to play alot more with it so I really use all the features.

Have a great weekend!

A Masculine Birthday card

Over at  My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday challenge, Emma is asking that you use Wild card or Just because cards with embossing this week. Cooking with Cricut also has an Anything Goes Challenge this week.
