B is for Boy Challenge

Here is a card I came up with for the Scrappy Moms Tuesday Challenge this week.
I welded an upside down acorn to a rectangle shape to create the card and then layered the additional acorn layers on top of that. Cut an additional small acorn shape for the sentiment inside.
Here's how I did it...
All paper is from my scrap stash

Welded a 4.5" tall x 4.45" wide rectangle to an acorn measuring 4.25" wide. I used my gypsy to flip the acorn upside down so when it is folded it will be the correct way.

Cut acorn and layers at 4.99" using the flip feature and add to top of folded card.

Add 4.25" square rectangle for inside of the card.
Cuttle bug Moroccan Cuttlebug folder

Leaf and layer cut at 2.41" from B is for Boy
Cut acorn base at 2.5" for inside of card

Ribbon from my stash
Sentiment from Scrappy Moms Furry Friends stamp set
Swirl from My Pink Stamper Everyday Occasions stamp set
Chalk and Doodles with my gel pen
