Yup- now that we are past Easter, it is time to move onto the next holiday, Mother's Day.
There are several challenges out there using this theme so here is my card that fits the bill for the ones listed below. My mom loves birds so this was the perfect little birdie for this card.

Here's how I did it...
Basic A2 card
Floral paper is DCWV all others from my scrap stash
Cut the scallop circle from Gypsy Wanderings at 2.75" and embossed it with Divine swirls
Cut a large circle at 3.5"
CTMY Stitched Together stamp set to stamp and embossed the stitched border around the large circle
Sentiment from MPS
Ribbon from my stash as well as a stick pin for a little bling
