Easter Cards

I have been dragging my feet to get my Easter cards done.
I just could not come up with an idea that I wanted to do.

After my workout at the gym, I was in the shower with a head full of shampoo and that is when the idea flashed into my head.

These ideas come to ya at the oddest times, don't they?  LOL!
Now that I had an idea, I went into production mode and I'm happy to say my cards will go in the mail today.
I used a cute Easter basket from the Easter Beasties svg set over at Lettering Delights. The whole set of svg's is on sale for only $2. Quite a bargain.
The felt bunnies. chicks, lambs, etc are from some packs of dimensional stickers I found in the Easter Card section at Target. I think they were $2.99 a pack. One with the subtle colors and another pack with the bright colors
They worked great to add a little fuzzy to each card.

A couple of my baskets didn't cut correctly on the top so I covered them with a flower sticker or brad. Just  didn't want to re-cut for that little mistake

I am also going to link up to the following Easter Challenges...
Here's How I did it...
Card is standard A2 using all scraps from my stash including the little bit of ribbon on the basket
The Easter background paper is cut 4" square- sorry cannot remember the brand name
The green paper is cut at 4" x 2.5" and then punched with a Martha Stewart border punch
Cut the basket and all its layers at 4.25"
Felt embellishments from Target
Stickles and gel pen doodles on the eggs
Happy Easter Sentiment inside is from My Pink Stamper Happiest Moments stamp set
