My project for today's hop is a double hinged card and my first ever attempt at this.
I have to say I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

I used Bazzill paper as my base for the card along with the red, white and dark blue for the die cut image from A Child's Year cartridge. Other pattern papers are left over from last year's 4th of July cards. The sentiment is from My Pink Stampers Freedom Rocks stamp set.
I started with 2 strips of red paper.
1- 8.75" x 4.25" and scored at 5.5" and another 9" x 3.25" scored at 4.5". From there I just started to layer the mats. The image is cut at 2.5" and attached with dimensions to pop it up.

love this, Barb! the fold is fantastic, and i love the die-cut with the patriotic colors! beautifully matted and assembled, and even the INSIDE looks wonderful!
